Try this! Fostering a Homeless Pet from Friends for Life Animal Shelter can change an animal’s life.

If you want to help out homeless animals but don’t know how, try fostering an animal! Take a look at the animals listed below and consider fostering one of them. For more information, check out

Fostering is not the same thing as adopting – you are giving the animal a temporary home.

Friends for Life website: “Fostering means that an animal stays with you on a temporary basis. The animal still belongs to FFL so you do not actually have to adopt but be more like a waystation on road from stray to adopted.

Fostering includes bringing the animal to some adoption hours (you never have to stay with them–we’ll do that), helping with transport to the vet when possible and generally giving them a safe, loving place to be while they seek that forever home.”

Fostering is completely free! You do not pay for vet visits, food, litter boxes, crates, or anything. Those are provided free of charge by Friends For Life Animal Shelter.
